Nominees are not assessed based on company size alone. The assessment considers several key business factors, including:

• Core Business: The nature and activities of the company.
• Years of Operation: The business’s operating history.
• Annual Turnover: The company’s annual revenue.
• Financial Performance: The business’s financial results.
• Leadership and Achievements: The nominee’s leadership capabilities and demonstrated accomplishments.
• Industry Contribution: The nominee’s contributions to her industry.
The assessment considers the nominee’s overall business journey, leadership, achievements, and supporting evidence rather than relying solely on company size or turnover.
The SHE Awards nomination process follows a structured sequence:
Nomination → Consultation → Supporting Documents → Audit and Verification → Assessment and Judging → Result → Recommended Award Title → Recognition
After nomination, the nominee proceeds through consultation and submission of the required supporting documents. The submitted information then undergoes the relevant audit, verification, assessment, and judging procedures.
Being nominated does not automatically guarantee an award. Each nominee must complete the required assessment process. Based on the nominee’s actual achievements, business background, leadership, industry contribution, and supporting documentation, the judging panel will recommend a suitable “Women in…” award title.
The final recognition and award title are subject to the established assessment and approval process.
